My DVR is getting a work out.
We're 2+ days behind with all the evening events.
It's cool to slo-mo all those crazy wipe outs in the earlier ladies Skiing events.
I really like the +- timer on the skiing and speed skating so you can tell how they are really doing along the way.

It would seem, that one would actually have to turn on the TV to watch the Olympics. Haven't done so, and don't plan to do so. We stopped watching the Olympics after the Harding/Kerrigan episode.

I watched me a ton of the Olympics. The only complaint I had about these Canukian games was the lack of polar bears. WTF Canada.

Some things were simply amazing to watch. I don't know the names, but the Canadian ice dancing pair - wow! There was one point that lady was spinning so fast on the guy's shoulders I thought they were about to lift off. The Canadian who got the bronze in women's figure skating was also amazing, especially considering she'd just lost her mother. US vs Canada hockey - outstanding game. That Flying Tomato showing his amazing flying skills.

Oh, and I thought that Silver medalist in the men's figure skating was pretty amazing when he landed all those jumps. And then he showed his pettiness and should have been showed the door.

I think I watched more of these Olympics than any other in quite some time.

I don't know how they come up with those or even practice them.
Did you see the one lady that spun so fast she got a nose bleed.

Yeah, that was 16 year old American Miria Nagasu (SP?). That little girl was stunning too. I don't think she even realized she was bleeding until her coach handed her a tissue.
